The innovative and stylish CPEi 300 Series, slated for release to the market in the latter part of 2007, is a desktop consumer device that provides wireless broadband connectivity; it has one data port for basic, data-centric operations and two analog terminal adaptors so you can plug in existing analog phones for VoIP service.
Motorola’s CPEi 300 is an affordable, entry-level device that provides fixed, wireless broadband connections to bandwidth intensive, rich media applications, voice, data, and video services. It is fully compliant to the IEEE 802.16e-2005 technology standard and will undergo WiMAX Forum certification to ensure interoperability among the global WiMAX systems. The CPEi 300 uses multiple antenna technology giving it increased range and higher throughput compared to products that utilize with the single antenna solution.
The CPEi 300 is the recipient of the WiMAX World Europe 2007 Award in the devices category.
